REE 104- Real Estate Broker II  Welcome to the Colorado specific portion of the real estate course. We look forward to seeing you all again (or meeting all of you) as we embark on this adventure.

Below  is the official site for our real estate forms and contracts. We will be using it a great deal in the  book below for the class:

The reference book for this section of the class is: "Colorado Real Estate Manual" 2023 (or you may use the 2022 version). The abridged content online is located on the DORA real estate homepage under "Regulatory Information " and we will provide any missing chapters that you might need. The paper back edition may be ordered from Lexus/Nexus at this site, if you like.
