We will be using a reference book for this class : "Colorado Real Estate Manual" 2017  The abridged content online is located on the DORA  real estate homepage under "Regulatory Information " and I will provide any missing chapters that you might need. The paper back edition may be ordered from Lexus/Nexus at this site if you like.  However, there will be a new edition in January 2018.
