How to successfully complete this training
This course is open to CMC faculty and staff who wish to master web conferencing with Cisco's WebEx in Canvas courses. This is a self-paced course open throughout the semester. So there are no set times we'll rendezvous or any live meetings. Your learning materials are right here in this course but we also have a second, separate sandbox course where you'll do your hands-on practice:
You're enrolled here as a student, but in our sandbox course you are enrolled as an instructor, so you can experience the student and instructor perspectives.
Each task that is assigned has a point value; the minimum number of points you need to earn to pass this course is 150 points or 75%. There are 200 possible points you can earn.

Description
This course provides CMC faculty and staff with basic information about how to use WebEx web conferencing in Canvas courses. This training takes place fully within Canvas. Learning materials can be reached from the Modules button and the WebEx button; check your progress by visiting Grades.

- how to view WebEx recordings
- how to check on who attended a WebEx web conference
Assessment Methods and Class Management
This course is graded pass/fail only. To earn a Satisfactory Completion for this course, participants need to successfully proceed through the course module, view the recorded webinar, and create a brief recording in the accompanying sandbox course. To pass this course, you must earn 150 points out of 200 total points possible.
