Course Learning Objectives, How to Earn a Passing Grade for this Training

This training is graded pass/fail only. To earn a Satisfactory Completion and ā€œPā€ (Pass) grade for this course, participants need to earn 70 points or more out of a possible 100 points, or 70%. All scores display in Canvas via the Grades area. Here is the list of learning objectives for this training:

  • Be able to navigate the Canvas interface successfully

  • Send, receive, sort and delete messages within Canvas using the Inbox to individuals and to their class as a whole

  • Understanding how and when Canvas is updated by Colorado Mountain College and by Instructure

  • Knowledge of the Canvas Guides, Canvas Community, Canvas Release Notes, and Instructure's tech support platforms

  • Awareness of best practices for FERPA and IT security
