How do I create and organize the ePortfolio?
To compile the ePortfolio for ENG-121, you will need to follow these steps:
- Click on Account from the Global Navigation Menu. (This will be the link with your profile photo in blue on the left-side of your computer's screen.)
- Click ePortfolios.
- Click Create an ePortfolio link on the right-side of your screen.
- Enter a name for your portfolio. Make sure your portfolio's title is unique and clearly identifies the portfolio as yours. You can either check the "Make it Public" option or not. Making it public will allow anyone with the URL to access your portfolio; keeping your portfolio private will allow access only to those individuals whom you've shared the link. The private or public setting can be modified at any time. Once you've named your portfolio and decided on public v. private status, click the Make ePortfolio button.
- Now, you are ready to begin constructing the portfolio. You can use the Getting Started Wizard if you wish; however, I think clicking Organize/Manage Pages from the left-side of the screen is just as easy. In setting up your portfolio's pages, I expect that you will include (at a minimum) the following pages:
- Introduction page (include adult education professional goals)
- Resume or CV
- Teaching philosophy including teaching style preferences
- All lesson plans written for this course
- One lesson plan including Webb's Depth of Knowledge categories
- Your dream course from week 12
- Accommodations for LD and ELL students with one of the previous lesson plans
- Final Reflection on the entire EDU 132 course material
- You will create these pages by clicking the Add Another Page link, titling each page as you go. Click Done Editing to finish creating your pages. If you would like to rename a page, you can do so by clicking the pencil icon to the left. If you need to delete a page, you can do so by clicking the trash can icon to the right.
- Now, you are ready to add content to your pages.

APA formatting (Links to an external site.). Double space. 12 pt. font, 1 " margins. Arial or Times font
Submit your documents as .docx or .pdf or .rtf's please.
Label your documents by your last name and Week 2 Assignment like "Ariaswk2assgn". If you have more than one document for this assignment label each one with a number, e.g. "Arias wk2assgn1" "Ariaswk2assgn2" etc.
