Plan for Student Evaluation

Please devise three to four documents that assess your students' strengths and challenges in any subject. The documents should provide both qualitative (subjective and objective) and quantitative (numerical) data. You may use documents that you find on the Internet (cite). Make sure that you identify the subject for which the documents are designed. 

Write one to two paragraphs explaining how you would use all the documents to gather information regarding your students' background information, skills, and knowledge.

APA formatting. Double space. 12 pt. font, 1 " margins. Arial or Times font
