This module continues the exploration of National Electric Code compliance in the connection to the grid via a series of disconnects, overcurrent devices, and various protection devices designed for a safe installation.

By the end of this module, in addition to being able to navigate Canvas and meeting your classmates, you will be able to:

7-2 Differentiate between a disconnect and an overcurrent device

7-3 Perform basic overcurrent device sizing

7-4 Identify the correct placement of overcurrent protection and disconnects
